PHILOSOPHY

Saunoff Building isn’t just a business, it’s an extension of who I am. The way I build reflects my values, morals, ethics, and the way I treat people. It carries love, respect, compassion, and pride in my craft.

The logo is personal. I edited it myself. The circle represents continuity and flow. It’s half sawblade and half tree section, both symbols from the world I live in. I literally took both images, cut them in half, joined them together, and wrapped my name around it. “Saunoff” is a play on my last name, Saunders, and the sawblade-half-circle completes the story.

I’m creative at heart. I express that through my thoughts, feelings, and presence, but also through my work, shaping and cutting timber, designing, building, and communicating with clarity.

I want people to feel they’re in good hands. Because they are.

We are a residential building and carpentry company based on the Northern Beaches, whom also service the North Shore and surrounding areas. We specialise in new builds, high-quality renovations, extensions, decks, pergolas and detailed carpentry fit-outs.

Our work spans general building, structural carpentry and finish carpentry, with the ability to coordinate projects from concept to completion. We collaborate with homeowners, architects and designers to achieve refined finishes, structural integrity and a smooth building experience.

Our approach is centred on clear communication, reliable scheduling and quality workmanship on every project, ensuring client satisfaction through practical solutions and attention to detail.
